Purchase Policies and Guidelines

• Blockbuster Retail Outlets sell Live Nation tickets from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily (pending local hours of operation). Please contact your local Blockbuster for exact store hours.
• Tickets may be purchased with the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit card and cash.
• All tickets are subject to a Blockbuster surcharge.
• It is the ticket purchaser's responsibility to verify tickets have been purchased for the correct event.
• Tickets are nonrefundable unless the event has been cancelled or postponed.
• Tickets cannot be replaced if damaged, lost, or stolen. Unauthorized resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.
• All event dates and times are subject to change. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, it is the ticket purchaser’s responsibility to return the tickets to the original point of purchase.
• Tickets will be sold on a best available basis according to price/area during the first twenty-four (24) hours an event is on sale.
• Blockbuster maintains an exclusive available ticket inventory across all pricing levels for each applicable event produced and presented by Live Nation or its Affiliates during the first four (4) hours the event goes on sale to the general public.
• In any instance that two (2) or more patrons are in line to purchase tickets, a limit of one (1) event per transaction per customer will be enforced.
• Live Nation and Blockbuster are not responsible for any unforeseen technical issues that may arise.
