• First Aid services are located in the security lobby.
• Camping is not allowed.
• Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase up to 30 minutes prior to the end of the show. Guests must show proper identification in order to purchase alcohol.
• Will Call tickets may be picked up at the Will Call window of the Box Office two hours prior to the event. All guests picking up tickets at the Will Call window must show two forms of identification (photo identification and the credit card used to purchase the tickets). No tickets will be released without proper identification.
• The venue is staffed with security professionals.
• For ticket refunds, return to or call your original point of purchase.
• Items not allowed in this venue include: Video and audio recording devices, cameras with telephoto or zoom lenses, monopods, tripods, weapons (this includes pocket knives and wallet chains), oversized bags, outside food and beverage, cans, bottles, alcohol, drugs, and laser pointers.
• The venue is fitted with full service restrooms throughout the facility. There is a family restroom on the lobby level.
• You may re-enter this venue with a scanned ticket.
• Smoking is not allowed in this venue.
• The Dodge Theatre provides ADA patrons at every event who can escort guests with special needs to and from seats and assist with ticket relocates. In addition the venue provides several wheelchairs that can be used to assist guests with limited mobility.
• The Dodge Theatre does not have special needs accessible parking. We recommend dropping off any guests with special needs in front of the venue on Washington and then parking in the Fourth Ave and Adams garage.
• Tailgating is not allowed.
• For most events, merchandise is available for sale in the main lobby underneath the grand staircase throughout the performance.
• Age restrictions vary by event. Please contact the Box Office for event-specific information.
• A full service concession facility is located at this venue. Guests may choose from a wide variety of soft drinks and juices. Alcoholic beverages are available with proper identification.
• The Dodge Theatre provides wheelchair accessible seating.
• The parking structure is located at Fourth Avenue and Adams. The structure opens at 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and two hours prior to showtime on weekends. The parking fee is $10.00.
