• Accessible Seating is located in each pricing level at Gibson Amphitheatre. Service Animals are permitted inside Gibson Amphitheatre.
• Group tickets are available for specified shows. Please call the box office at (818) 622-4440 to see if the show you are interested in has a group discount.
• Parking is operated by Universal Citywalk. General Parking: $10.00 Valet: $10.00 per/min, $2.50 every 30 mins, $22.00 max.
• Box Office Hours: Mon-Sat 1p.m - 9p.m. Closed Sundays unless it is a show date. Satellite Box office located under King Kong at Universal CityWalk.
• Security is provided by our experienced in-house staff along with StaffPro Security Services for a safe and comfortable environment.
• From the north:
  101 South, exit Lankershim Blvd. Turn right onto Cahuenga, turn right onto Lankershim, and then turn right onto Universal Hollywood Dr.
  
  From the south:
  101 North, exit Universal Studios Blvd. Turn right turn onto Universal Studios Blvd.

• There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue. For emergency situations, please visit the Gibson Turnstile Supervisor at the entrance prior to exiting the facility.
• Tailgating and alcohol in the parking lots are not allowed.
• Accessible parking is available in all parking structures.
• Guests must be 21 and over with valid photo identification to purchase alcohol.
• Will Call kiosks are near the main entrance to Universal Studios. Will Call tickets are released two hours prior to show time.
• Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
• Wheelchair escorts are available from the both Gibson Amphitheatre entrances.
• Restrooms are located throughout the lobby area of the Gibson Amphitheatre.
• Accessible parking is interspersed in all parking areas.
• All tickets purchased at either Gibson Amphitheatre Box Office are subject to a $4.50 handling fee per ticket.
• Camping is prohibited in the parking lots and surrounding streets.
• Children of any age must have a ticket.
• Items not allowed in this venue include: weapons, alcohol, drugs, lawn chairs, laser pointers, skates, wallet chains, ice chests, banners, backpacks, flyers, beach balls, frisbees, fireworks, outside food or beverage, video and audio recording devices, and film or digital cameras.
