• Items not allowed in this venue include: Glass bottles, cans, weapons of any kind (this includes pocket knives and wallet chains), prescription medication in quantities exceeding those typically needed during the event, alcohol, drugs, laser pointers, skates, coolers and picnic baskets, decals, banners, beach balls, Frisbees, fireworks, outside food or beverage, video and audio recording devices, pets (except for service animals) flyers, and advertising materials.
• Babes in arms (children up to two years of age) may enter free of charge, but must sit on an adult's lap for the performance. All other children must have a ticket. Most shows include a Family Zone area on the lawn. Smoking and alcoholic drinks are prohibited in this area. Seating in the family zone is based on availability.
• The facility is fitted with full service, special needs accessible, and family/companion restrooms.
• A full service concession facility inside the theatre. Our guests may choose from a wide selection of food ranging from hamburgers with French fries, chicken sandwiches, and hotdogs. We also offer snacks such as candy, popcorn, and pretzels. Guests may also choose from a wide variety of soft drinks and juices. Beer and wine are available with proper identification.
• The Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion provides accommodations for guests with limited mobility and visual and hearing impairments. Audio descriptions and sign interpreter services are available upon request. Please contact the Box Office at (919) 719-5337 at least three weeks prior to the event to request this service. Assisted listening devices are provided for all guests, free of charge, with a valid form of identification. In addition, the venue provides at TDD for outgoing calls.
• The Hardee's Thickburger Box Office accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, MasterCard®, Visa®, and American Express. There is a service charge of $5.00 for tickets purchased at the Box Office. For any additional about an order placed through Live Nation ticketing, Live Nation provides comprehensive customer support via phone at 1-800-431-3462, and email at [email protected]. Phone support is available Monday-Saturday, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
• Professional cameras with a small, medium, or large detachable lens, and video and audio recording devices are prohibited. Digital and disposable cameras may be allowed. Please call on show day for more information.
• The parking lot is special needs accessible and spaces are based upon availability.
• Our guest services staff is on hand to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests. If you need general, medical or security assistance, please see a guest services representative stationed at the main entrance or in the East and West Plazas.
• From North Raleigh:
  Take I-440 (Inner Beltline) to Poole Road (Exit 15). Turn right onto Poole Road and continue one half mile until you reach Sunnybrook Road. Turn left on Sunnybrook Road and continue almost two miles until you reach Rock Quarry Road. Turn left on Rock Quarry Road and continue for one tenth of a mile. Walnut Creek Amphitheatre is on the left.
  
  From Fayetteville and points South and East:
  Take I-40 West to Jones Sausage Road (Exit 303). Turn right onto Jones Sausage Road and continue for approximately one mile until you reach Rock Quarry Road. Turn left on Rock Quarry Road and continue for almost a mile. The Walnut Creek Amphitheatre is on the right.
  
  From Raleigh / RDU Airport:
  Take I-40 East to Rock Quarry Road (Exit 300). Turn right onto Rock Quarry Road and continue for two miles. The Walnut Creek Amphitheatre is on the left.
• For most concerts, parking fees are included with the price of your ticket. For some special events, such as the Universal Circus, there is a charge for parking. Please call the Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion for more information about specific shows. Premier Parking is available for a limited number of vehicles for $20.00 - $25.00 per vehicle. These parking spaces often sell out in advance but are occasionally available on the night of an event on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion offers a variety of beer and wine to our guests who are of legal age. Guests must show valid photo identification to purchase alcoholic beverages and there is a maximum number of beverages a guest may purchase per any onetime sale. The Walnut Creek Amphitheatre has the right to decline sale of such beverage to a guest at any time.
• The Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion offers ATM services to our guests located throughout the facility.
• Built in 1991, Walnut Creek Amphitheatre is a 13.5 million dollar open-air performing arts center featuring 6,847 reserved seats and festival lawn seating for 13,653. The 77-acre complex features complete and permanent staging, seating, parking, concessions and restroom facilities. State-of-the-art sound, natural outdoor acoustics and strategically positioned large-screen video monitors deliver exceptional "sight and sound" throughout all seating areas.
• The venue is staffed with trained EMT personnel stationed throughout the facility, and a medical office located in the West Plaza.
• Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
• The Hardee's Thickburger Box Office is open Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Monday -Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. On-sale Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon Closed Sundays. On show days, the Box Office generally opens when the gates open and closes when the headliner takes the stage.

• There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue. Re-entry is only allowed for special circumstances and must be approved by a staff member

• Will Call tickets are available to be picked up on show days from the opening of the gates until the headliner takes the stage. All guests picking up tickets at the Will Call windows must show two forms of identification (Photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets) and their ticket confirmation number. Tickets or passes left by touring personnel usually arrive in the box office approximately one hour before the event start time. Tickets will be released only to the person whose name appears on the ticket envelope.
