• Items allowed in this venue include: Small backpacks (daypacks), pocketbooks, purses and handbags (subject to search), blankets, binoculars, seat cushions, factory-sealed (or empty) bottle of water (limit 32 oz.), insect repellent and sunscreen in non-aerosol containers, snack food in clear, plastic, gallon-sized bag (one per person), low profile beach chairs (seat 9" or less from the ground, maximum 24" tall when fully extended, ponchos and rain gear, strollers and diaper bags (if child is present), and small (collapsible) umbrellas. • Parking rates are not included with the price of your ticket. Parking is located on the amphitheatre grounds. There are no special charges for limos, motorcycles, or buses. Limited Premier Parking is available for $15.00.
• Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion. If you arrive with a restricted item in you possession, you will be asked to leave it at Guest Services or return it to your car.
• There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue. Re-entry is only allowed for special circumstances and must be approved by a staff member.
• The Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre provides wheelchair accessible seating.

• Accessible orchestra seating is available for guests with disabilities and their companions (companion seating must be purchased at the same time). The Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre provides accommodations for guests with limited mobility and visual and hearing impairments. Courtesy Carts are available to transport guests from the Main Entrance to the seating area. The service is available before, during, and after the show. Upon request, a Sign Interpreter will be provided. Please contact the amphitheater Box Office (210) 657-8300 or via TDD at (210) 657-8357 at least three weeks prior to the show. Assistive Listening Devices are available at no charge at the Main Entrance Guest Services booth. TDD devices are available at the amphitheater Box Office. Service animals are welcome at all events, provided they remain on a leash or harness at all times. If you are bringing a service animal, please provide this information at the time of your ticket purchase in order for aisle seating to be provided for you.
• The Box Office accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express, and Discover®. There is a $5.00 service charge for all tickets purchased at the Box Office.
